The gracious and kind manner toward me by every member of staff whom I met was truly impressive. I was also grateful for the understanding shown in timing of appointments to, as far as possible, meet with the uncertainties of public travel.

Ok, the difference between now and in previous time is like chalk and chase. My wife's experience used to be full of stress, not due to cold cap or chamo, but the lack of care, time and attention that was possible, from stressed out nurses who had no time. Constant bleeping and frustration over precious time wasted. A small %age increase in staff has made a massive difference to the experience. And suddenly all the nurses seem to be really good, not just a few. Never compromise on staff, it makes the difference.

Caring staff. Reassuring care at my very low points. (Inpatient, post surgery). Doctors/consultants went out of their way to check on my recovery. Room for improvement: Waiting time for medication upon discharge day.
